We reserve the right to correct any errors and to refuse or cancel any orders that contain inaccurate information.

All products are sold as-is unless otherwise stated. BareFeetFoot is not responsible for allergic reactions, sensitivities, or individual health outcomes resulting from product use. If you have specific health concerns, consult a healthcare professional before using our products.

3. Ordering & Payment

To place an order on BareFeetFoot, you must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

All orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation. BareFeetFoot reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or place holds on any order for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or product availability issues. Payment must be received before an order ships. We accept all major credit cards, digital wallets, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

By submitting payment, you authorize BareFeetFoot to charge your payment method for the full purchase amount, including taxes and shipping fees where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice, but price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

BareFeetFoot ships orders to addresses within the United States only. Shipping timeframes provided at checkout are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. BareFeetFoot is not liable for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier. We recommend selecting signature confirmation or insurance for high-value orders.

Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships. It is your responsibility to track your package and report any delivery issues to the carrier immediately.

5. Returns & Refunds

BareFeetFoot offers returns within 30 days of purchase for most items in original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact. Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage are not eligible for return. Certain items, including but not limited to foot care items that have been opened or used, are final sale and non-returnable for health and safety reasons.

To initiate a return, contact BareFeetFoot at zwrldp@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. You will receive return shipping instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a BareFeetFoot error or defective product.

Upon receipt and inspection of returned items, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Refunds do not include original shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. Exchanges are available for different sizes or colors at no additional shipping charge when requested within 30 days of purchase.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BareFeetFoot and its owners, managers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, regardless of the cause and whether under contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

BareFeetFoot's total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the website shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
